A Daily Journal

It is a proven fact that if you keep a record of what you eat, you tend to eat less.  And, if you have to keep up with your blood pressure and blood sugar, this is an excellent way to do it.  This is an inexpensive way to kill two birds with one stone.

You can print out this sheet and make as many copies as you need.  Since I am dealing with blood pressure and blood sugar issues, this has been a life saver for me.  It may seem difficult to start but remember, anything worth having is worth working for.
